Historical renovations requires special expertise to perform. We have performed major renovations to numerous buildings throughout the Southeast and more specifically in the Charleston region.  We have staff who understand how to work with the State Historic Preservation Office, the National Park Service, Charleston's Board of Architectural Review, and other agencies responsible for preserving the historical integrity of noteworthy buildings. Our President is a registered Professional Engineer who continues to stay current with Best Practices for historical preservation.
